Socializing Feral Kittens

Can feral kittens be socialized? Absolutely!

Many feral kittens are living inside homes snuggled up at the foot of a child's bed. The only way one could ever tell that they were born feral is their tipped ear. Some refer to their precious pet's ear tip as a badge of honor.

The earlier you trap feral kittens the more your odds increase of successfully socializing them. Feral kittens take a lot of time, work and patience. We will lend you kennels, refer you to instructional websites, and a sympathetic ear, if you neuter the kitten upon trapping.

If you're not up to the task we suggest you simply Trap Neuter and Return them as soon as possible. Feral kittens that have been properly socialized enjoy life with people. Feral kittens that have been TNR'ed and live in alleyways with their colony are fine. After all, they are with their families, their colony. A feral kitten that has not been properly socialized will bond with one person only, his caregiver. Be certain you're up for the task
